Application of Fishbone Chart Analysis Method in Prevention for Steam Turbine Overspeed Accident

On the basis of analysis on reasons for overspeed failure of steam turbine and combining system safety technology,this paper applies fishbone chart analysis method and proposes measures to prevent steam turbine overspeed accident including improving reliability of regulating system,ensuring correct action of security system,controlling operational parameters of the unit and proceeding startup and stop and each testing operation according to regulations in order to promote safe operation management of steam turbine unit.
