Nonlinear pricing strategy based on QoS

AbstrcatA nonlinear network accounting strategy based on quality of service (QoS) is proposed. The new strategy,which can be proven not only in theory but also in practice, is better than a linear pricing strategy for user and service provider benefits. Common pricing strategies such as smooth pricing and usage_based pricing, can not correctly reflect the characteristics of a multi_type service. The proposed strategy can solve this problem efficiently for all service types.
