As a kind of newly criminal form, the computer crime's destructiveness is beyond compare with the traditional crime. Faced the computer crime, the public security organ and judicial office are shoulder heavy responsibilities. In order to handle with the crime, the author is probe into the view of scene and spot coverage of the computer crime.
