This thesis designed and implemented the Personnel Management System based on ASP.NET.This system adopts ASP.NET as developing tool.The backstage database adopts SQL Server 2005 to carry on the design of database.Moreover,it makes use of the database accessing technique of the ADO.NET to realize managing operation of database.Separately elaborated through the need analysis,design of system structure,function module,database and some key techniques.
