Design of Receiver-nitiated Dynamic Load Balancing System

Load balancing policy is one of the most important issues in cluster computing. The author designed RILBS(Receiver_Initiated Load Balancing System) to make parallel computation in small_scale cluster of workstations. RILBS combines centralized control with receiver_initiation to take place the periodical information collection. In this way, RILBS reduces the communication cost and gets good performance.
