Research of Characteristics of Covering Material for Storage Bulb and the Coating Process of Hydrogen Maser

The states of covering on storage bulb inner wall of Hydrogen maser affect the producing and performance of transition signals,and the coating and sintering process is one of the key techniques in Hydrogen frequency standard system.By analyzing the heat treatment characters of PTFE and FEP resins,and the requirements of film,the coating and sintering techincs are given for active Hydrogen maser and passive Hydrogen maser,respectively.The applications on hydrogen masers show that the techincs can well satisfy the Hydrogen maser use.
