Problem and Countermeasures about Budget Management in Colleges

Budget management,an important part of fiscal management in colleges,is an important measure to ensure the completion of college program and improve the effectiveness of fund use.Currently,there are many problems about budget management in college such as imperfect management system,lack of science and implementation in budget.So this paper conducts deep research and puts forward countermeasures.
