Liang Wei-hua · Journal of Guangdong Radio & Television University · 2007
According to the punishment principles of convertible crimes, in case snatching converts to robbery out of subjective and objective causes of the offender, and the behavior of the offender has taken a qualitative change and surpassed the criminal components, the components of robbery are present, which means that the original milder snatching offence has been converted to a violent form of robbery. In that case, a more severe form of punishment is to be executed to adopt a negative evaluation of the offence.
