On the standardization of abstracts of sci-tech papers

Some errors in meteorological papers of science and technology and their effects on information spreading are analyzed,the importance of abstract writing is also described.Some measures and advice on how to improve abstract writing and journal quality are put forward.They are as follows: 1) training classes should be held for authors and editors;2) editors need to strengthen their studying and accumulation of knowledge,and should be strict with English abstracts;3) some scholars or talents need be taken in the editor group;4) some workshops should be held frequently to discuss usual problems in the sci-tech papers.
