Embarking from acquisition organization,the software project acquisition process in ChinaPostwas studied according to SA-CMM.On the basis of analyzing its characteristics and problems,disparities were analyzed and adaptations to improve the key process area of standard acquisition process definition and maintenance,requirement developmentand management,project management,con-figuration management were proposed.By validating,these have good effect.
