An Analysis of Non-equilibrium of Pooling Funds Structure of Medium-sized and Small Enterprises in Gansu

Difficulty of pooling funds of medium-sized and small enterprises becomes the restriction on their development.This paper,from perspective view of pooling fund structure of medium-sized and small enterprises,analyzed the present situation of non-equilibrium of pooling funds structure and its reasons.Finally,it put forward some strategies to optimize pooling fund structure.
