A Uniform Identity Authentication Protocol in Service-Oriented Architecture

With security problem in the process of the identity management in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), this paper proposes a service-oriented uniform identity authentication protocol, illustrates its authentication principle, and analyses its security and performance. The protocol provides a strong identity authentication and is capable of easily implementing Single Sign-On in SOA, based on Authentication DiffieHellman Key Agreement with characteristics of SOA. The protocol is simple, secure and effective in theory and is suitable for some applications.
