Mechanism on Provincial Cloud Sharing of Universities' High-Quality Teaching Resources

The research of education cloud computing aims at full-scale intelligence services.The grid-style resource linkage sharing mechanism has been constructed through integrating dispersed and heterogeneous highquality teaching resources,thus to guarantee a sustainable and balanced development of higher education.This paper analyzes construction motives of cloud sharing of high-quality teaching resources,probes into its fundamental target,clarifies the constricting factors,builds theory models,thinks about the operating patterns,and establishes effective mechanism.
