Delphi is one of the remarkable languages in the 4th program development.It has been widely used in every aspects in the program design because of its objectoriental programming design method and strong function.This paper introduces the principle of the Stream of Data,the base class type for stream objects——TStream,and how to realize the encryption and decryption of the files by using Tstream.
