The intelligent management of ODN network passive resource is able to improve the management level of the telecom. Firstly, passive resources imperceptible change features to electronically tag identification technology as the foundation. Secondly, controllable, manageable, visualization of resource management platform is set up, which can realize the intelligent functions of passive resources such as operation, maintenance, management, application. By two-dimensional code, networking and other electronic tags to uniquely identify resources for the passive resources to achieve entry, update, matching, query and use of intelligent management, promote the quality and efficiency of resource management.
