A Web-based machine tools after-sales service system is designed and implemented by the introduction of J2EE architecture. On the J2EE platform,a method, which applies MVC model to develop machine network service system,is proposed, and this has strengthened the system's robustness and scalability. The function of the system is described in detail. The introduction of dynamic access control strategy based on TBAC(task-based access control) not only makes up for the shortcomings of RBAC(role-based access control) but also simplifies the distribution and management of access in large-scale collaborative systems. The efficiency of retrieval has improved by keyword inquiry in combination with case retrieval.
