Improvment to the MPEG motion estimation scheme
Dai You · 2001
Based on the research to several block matching algorithms and the MPEG motion estimation scheme, the author puts forward a 3D block motion estimation algorithm. The experiment proves that the new algorithm is simple, fast and effective.
