Nowadays, with the vigorous development of the E-commerce in the world, network gradually syncretizes with economy. Consequently, network law problems emerge endlessly, among which, network copyright law problems are standing out. Its primary embodiment is the former copyright system conflicting with the high-tech truss of the network and all kinds of obligees.
