The Conception of Constructing the Characteristic Periodical Holdings of Nuclear Science

This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of constructing the the characteristic periodical holdings by the library,and starting from the reality of the library of Harbin Engineering University and based on the construction of periodical holdings of nuclear science,probes into the ways and methods for carrying out the construction and development of characteristic periodical holdings.
