Anti-interference ability of many instruments is an important indicator to measure an instrument, especially when they are used in industrial environments. Based on the incremental rotary encoder counting system, which was used in rail testing equipment, through the use of anti-jitter pulse output circuit, and then with the fourth harmonic subdivision of the signal, based on the function of STC enhanced MCU-capture valid edge function of PCA( programmable counter array) module,an interrupt was generated at the rising and falling edges of the signal,so the counting operation of the incremental encoder can be achieved. This system has a high resistance to jitter and frequency response capability, and can achieve reversible count.
