Characterization Analysis of Separable High-dimensional Orthonormal Compactly Supported Wavelet

The separable problem of a class of high-dimensional orthonormal compactly supported wavelet is discussed. Non-separable multi-dimentional orthonormal compactly supported wavelet does not exist when the filter function has a special form. In this case, d-dimensional orthonormal compactly supported wavelet is the tensor product wavelet.
