To solve the software exploitation model of ICS's computer control,the software frame of ICS's computer control is described.By analyzing the main content and production of ICS's common module and compose along with realization.The achievement and standardization of common module and compose's are designed,which include shared the resource,reused the code,replant the software and called each other in all system.The research project could achieved the control of decades subsystem and thousands devices of ICS.These defines of module and maintenance are also crucial and effective to the development of control system of ICS.
