Philosophical Analysis About String Theory

String theory is a hot topic of contemporary particle physics. A lot of nontraditional properties have been presented in the construction of string theory, and these properties make string theory penetrate into the main metaphysical debates about philosophy of science. The paper will not only investigate the implications of string theory for the conceptions of empirical testability,theoretical uniqueness, scientific underdetermination, scientific realism, scientific metaphor, scientific unification program, but also give some philosophical reviews for the implications.
