Survey on Deinterleaving Technique for Modern Radar Signal

The techniques for pre-deinterleaving,deinterleaving and synthetic analysis and processing of radar signal are discussed in this paper.The principle and characteristics of expanded association method and difference histogram method(including SDIF and CDIF) and PRI transform method are introduced.And the computed aided TOA folding deinterleaving method is proposed also.With the help of experiments and simulation,the following conclusions are drawn: in high density emitter environment,the difference histogram method is a practicable real-time deinterleaving method and is superior to the expanded association method.In the complex signal environment,such as signal of many losing pulses and jamming pulses,and special PRI signal,the TOA folding method is more effective than the difference histogram method.
