Extremal Self-dual Binary Codes with Automorphisms with Type 3-(12,2)

The present paper presented an algrithom to find generator matrices of extremal self-dual binary codes of length 38 with the automorphisms of type 3-(12,2).By implementing Visual C++ procedures,we obtained such new extremal codes and determined the codes to meet the weight enumerator W2.
