Systematic synthesis of OTA-based sinusoidal oscillators

The paper presents eight nullor-mirror representations for the OTAs according to the terminal relations of the OTAs and nullor-mirror elements.Moreover,the NAME method for two different classes of oscillators is considered.The classⅠoscillators employing two BO-OTAs have four different forms;the class Ⅱ oscillators employing three SO-OTAs have eight different forms.Having used canonic number of components,the circuits are easy to be integrated and their parameters can be tuned electronically through tuning bias currents of the OTAs.The MULTISIM simulation results are in agreement with theory.
