The Legal Protection of Computer Software Copyright

The protection methods and principles of computer software copyright are distinguished from the traditional ones.Therefore,the ways to confirm the tortuous actions are also different from the traditional torts.In order to protect one’s own lawful interests,the holders of software copyright need to know his burdens of proof and try to prove his claims by effective evidence.
