Study on the characteristics and achieving pathes for crowdsourcing innovation

In knowledge economy era,the development of information technology injects new impetus for implement of open,simpler and more low-cost innovative strategy,and produces an increasingly profound impact to innovation realization and management processes.Based on cases study,the paper firstly summarized the features of two crowdsourcing innovation modes by their innovation objectives,processes and motivations perspectives,Then discusses possible management mechanisms to support prevalence of crowdsourcing.This paper provides several references for developing countries to initiate innovation oriented crowdsourcing.
