Research on chip-level equalization for TD-SCDMA downlink

Chip level equalization in the forward link of Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) Channels was proposed recently as a method to improve the capacity of downlink because of its low complexity.In this paper the authors studied the system model of TD-SCDMA,put the method of chip level equalization on the TD-SCDMA system;contrast this method with the JD,which were adopted before.The numerical results of several equalizers show the MMSE chip-level equalizer is suitable most for TD-SCDMA because of its reasonable complexity and preferable performance.
