Role positioning and relationship handling of editors

From the views of role positioning and the function and status in editing of an editor,it is proposed that the conflict and problems between related persons during editing process should be equally,fairly and rationally solved by means of the service sense and empathy of editor.A harmonious communication mode should be developed to impenetrate rationality,understanding,service,publicity and fairness through each detail of editing.And a close cooperation relationship between editors and authors,editors and reviewers should be established to maintain the taste and academic status of a journal.
