PQDIF Based Power Quality Document Generation Method and Its Applications

PQDIF established by IEEE 1159 is a kind of universal power quality data interchange format. PQDIF with a good compatibility is easy to realize data sharing between different monitoring systems. To popularize the applications of the PQDIF, this paper presents a method to convert power quality data documents in non PQDIF to PQDIF based documents. Application of the method to transform power quality data documents of on-line monitoring devices in a certain wind farm to PQDIF based ones shows that the method is feasible.
