Development of Hydrological Automatic Monitoring Network Software

With the development of China's water resources,hydrological automatic monitoring system has already increased from the previous version of the computer to the Internet,and the development of a network version has B/S and C/S two development modes.This paper emphatically introduced network environment,database choice and establishment,main techniques of the two models,and compares two respective characteristics.
