Exploration on Comprehensive Effectiveness of a Campaign System

The paper mainly discusses the effectiveness evaluation problem of weapon systems.The disadvantages of present methods are studied,two new conceps of campaign system and comprehensive effectiveness proposed, and several critical problem in the study of comprehensive effectiveness analyzed, followed by some preliminary solving method or ideas.
