Design of photo-negative resistance bipolar phototransistor 2×8 array

The necessity of setting the bias current and segregation resistances in every element of bipolar silicon photo-negative resistance phototransistor array is studied and analysed.And then,the preliminary design scheme of 2×8 array and theirs experimental results are given.
