Reliability Analysis of Electro-hydraulic Actuator Based on Fuzzy FMECA

As many evaluation elements are involved and the failure information and the evaluation indexes are fuzzy during the reliability analysis of electro-hydraulic actuator,it is hard to get the accurate analysis results.In order to improve this shortcoming,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was introduced into the FMECA analysis.The analysis table for failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)of electro-hydraulic actuator was established,and the criticalities of failure modes in the table were evaluated.According to the criticality,failure modes were ranked.Then the way for the system improvement was pointed according to the analysis results.It provides references for improving reliability of electro-hydraulic actuator.
