In essence,the limitation of the network spread's right belongs to authority limitation,to which rational use is the core,and it also adapts to the limitation of the network spread's right.Although the excess protection of network spread's right makes the range of rational use take on a shrinking trend,reasonable use of the limitation in the network spread is essential.Taking the distinction of the network spread into account,implementing corresponding adjustment for the standard and range of rational use is the key.
