This paper introduces how to applying Electronic Commerce in the School Fees Charging System of the School of Online Education.It illustrates mostly the process of how students pay school fees themselves and the process of suspicious order querying.The most important thing in Electronic Commerce is security.In considering the Electronic Commerce security,the School Fees Charging System has safe logical structure design,has safe system framework design,uses kinds of security technique,and deploys on secure environment.
