CDMA base stations low noise amplifier circuit is a key component in wireless communication systems,whose quality and reliability will affect the performance of the base station system.This article focuses on the CDMA2000 base stations low noise amplifier circuit,the discussion and analysis of low noise amplifier circuit use the method of combining theoretical analysis and microwave circuit simulation.We had designed a GaAs HEMT low-noise balanced amplifier circuit,and to put into practice.The two stage low noise amplifier in the 824MHz～ 849MHz frequency range,the noise figure less than 0.8dB,the total gain of 29dB.
