For the existing problems our bureau's office work faces,Taiyuan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau Document Management System has been designed and implemented independently by our institute.Large scale engineering project,document and letter received,official document can be managed through real-time updating,early warning monitoring,inquiry statistics,intelligent supervising and handling through the three ModuleOne Event Ona TableDocument and Letter Receivedand File Management.Furthermore,this system also makes the mobile working come true.Computer interface also be developed to exchange data with other platforms.This system can increase the velocity of message transfer,reduce the official cost,improve work and supervision efficiency.
