Interconnection Strategy Study of Industrial Communication Network Based on Wireless Gateway

The interconnection of industrial communications network is significant to solve the problem of the information exchange between different networks.Wireless monitoring and control network has been gradually applied in industry and whereas the industrial backbone network mainly uses cable network such as Ethernet control network.This paper studies the characteristics of wireless monitoring and control network and industrial Ethernet control network and proposes an industrial commucation heterogeneous network interconnection approach based on wireless gateway.Aimed at the problems existing in the network interconnection,Ethernet gateway function model and protocol conversion communciation model are designed,which provides an effecive solution to the interconnection of industrial communications network.
