The dependence and creativity in the editorial activities of university journals

It is difficult for sources to be distributed rationally because of the strong self-service sence of our university journals.To face the internationalization tendency of the scientifc journals,our editors should deal dialectically with the relation between dependence and creativity of journals,know our professional duty well,plan the topics for choice well,decide the development tendency of journals,project the scientific character and strengthen the competitive power of our journals.
