Positioning of Screw Holes Group by Videophotogrammetry and Digital Drilling Holes

A new production method is presented, in which the digital camera for positioning of holes is used for taking pictures of screw holes and other techniques are advanced including rapid center determination for images of screw holes, multistation photography, selfcalibratingbundle adjustment and drilling holes by using digital drilling machine. It is also indicated in this paper that the pixels of CCD chip in videophotogrammetry should be chosen as all image geometric units, such as interior elements and all kinds of distortions. This decision can also simplify the camera calibration for determining the size for nonsquare pixel.
