Design and Implementation of Cooperative Office Automation System

Aimed at the puzzle that the conflict of share demand in the data information gets more and more outstanding for office automation system and the demand quantity of information gets increasing,in order to take full advantage of very abundant information resource in category under office environment and to enhance the office efficiency,the paper researched on the design and implementation of cooperative office automation system based on the environment of J2EE.In the paper,it discussed the design of system architecture,communication and transfer for information of inner and outer system,group collaboration and flow control,function module partition,system safety design,database form design,coding realization and so on.And it took the office affairs processing as an example,and discussed the design and implementation of prototype system.The test shows that the designed system is reasonable,feasible and applicable.
