Teaching Reform for Non-destructive Testing Technology for Agricultural Products

Non-destructive testing technology for agricultural products is a professional course of Food Quality and Safety. It plays an important role in the courses of this major. In the practice of teaching, Problem-based learning was based on, that is based on problems, students as the center, and the teacher as the orientation. In this course, the students' subjective initiative rose, their enthusiasm of learning was improved, and their learning interest was effectively improved. Based on this learning method, their ability to analyze and solve problems were cultivated, thus the teaching quality of this course was improved.
