There exsist many disadvantages in traditional archives management system, such as incomplete collection, difficult mainteinance and inconvenient use.An internet of things based archives intelligent management system(IIAM) is proposed in this paper.A RFID tag is attached to each physical archive in IIAM.Through use of communication among these RFID tags, readers, servers, and WSN network technologies, the goals of tempreture and humidity auto-sensing,intelligent storage, locating and tracking, communication, remote using and other expensive comprehensive functions will be achieved. So the management efficiency is enhanced, the cost is reduced and the quality of service is improved as well.
