Research on T-MAC protocol of wireless sensor networks

The T-MAC protocol for wireless sensor networks (WSNs)has an adaptive duty cycle.Dynamically ending the active part time can reduce the amount of energy wasted on idle listening, while still maintains a reasonable throughput. For the asymmetric communication in WSNs,the early sleeping problem affects the property of WSNs.According to the theorem of probability, some improving designs are put forward which reduces the energy waste further more and solves the early sleeping problem.
