Spring Law-Based Model for Performance Assessment

The conception of performance is newly defined as a comparison between operation anticipation and operation performance.Based on a new conception of bourgeois operator,a spring regression model for operation anticipation is firstly established.The advantage of the new method over the traditional two methods is verified with the practical data.
