A Cluster-based and Decentralized Service Discovery Model

With the development of mobile communications technologies and the growing popularity of network-based services,service discovery has been the necessity functions for quickly locating resources in the networks.Clustering promotes a more efficient use of resources in Mobile Ad hoc NETwork(MANET).This paper is classified some existing service discovery protocols and researched cluster-based service discovery in MANET.Based on cluster,we proposed a decentralized service discovery model.In this model,clusterheads form a virtual backbone in peer-to-peer.Simulation results indicate that,a scalable service discovery is solved.
