Information technology is an important measure for enterprises to improve and maintain their competitiveness.But the question that most interests the enterprises is how to connect different value activities to bring profits to them.Based on value activities in production and management of petroleum and chemical enterprises,the profit point and different value-chain of enterprises are analyzed intensively.The approach and measure to build up strategic information system in enterprises are also explored in order to enhance their competitiveness and boost their profits.
