Through an analysis about application circumstance of information resources by Tianjin municipal bureau of water affairs,the thesis proposes technologies for the integration of current information resources.The general framework of Tianjin water affairs information resources application platform is also established by those technologies.Moreover,the author makes a detailed analysis on establishment of public service platform and database,and presents the design of database system for integrated information resources,so that all kinds of business data can be fully shared.
